Something went wrong in a conversation
Report it from inside the conversation. That files a copy of it as it stands, ends the conversation, and puts it in front of a person within 24 hours.

Before you meet anyoneRefunds and billing
A conversation nobody answers refunds itself after 72 hours, without you asking. If you bought stamps within the last 7 days and have spent none of them, write and we refund the purchase in full.
A subscription is cancelled from the billing page linked in your wallet. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps the month you have already paid for.
What it costsYour data
Ask for a copy of it, or ask us to correct it, and we will. You do not have to explain why. You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your account page.
