What it costs

To open a conversation with a match you spend 1 stamp. A new account starts with 1 stamp, so the first one is already paid for.

Everything else is free: the questions, your type, and being matched.

Messages are free

Stamps are not chat credits. A stamp is spent once, to open a conversation with somebody who said yes to you too, and every message in that conversation is free after that, for both of you.

Nothing here is charged per message, per reply or per photo, and nobody is paid to talk to you: every conversation is with a real member who chose to match with you.

Or subscribe

A subscription renews every month and charges your card each time until you cancel. You can cancel at any point from your wallet. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps the month you have already paid for. No fee, no minimum term.

Silence is refunded on its own

If you open a conversation and the other person never replies within 72 hours, the stamp comes back on its own.

The refund stops on any reply at all, even a single one.

Changed your mind? If you bought within 7 days and have spent none of them, write to support@joinlonghand.com and we refund in full. After that, or once any are spent, purchases are not refundable except where the law where you live says otherwise.
